Order Processing Time
All New World Salons Store extensions and Wigs are available pre-order/Back-Order. This does not mean that the product is out of Stock, however it allows us to properly process products, customize and style products when customers request such, and follow through shipping process until products are dispatched.
In stock and products that requires no customizing are processed and dispatched within 2 days of Order being made, all orders made on our store website: www.newworldsalons.store will receive an order confirmation in the email provided when buying product(s). Depending on where you are located, all dispatched orders should be received with 3-7 Working days by our customers.
In situations whereby customization such as styling, colouring etc has been requested, we have a pre-order estimated process time of 15-30 Days before dispatchment of order to customer, however it is important to note that this is most times shorter, and in case of any delay beyond 30days the customer will be immediately informed.
All products shipped by New World Salons Stores are registered and tracked, once a product is process for dispatch a tracking number is promptly send to the buyer’s email address to allow tracking of dispatched order(s).
Refunds & Exchanges
New World Salons Store offers a 14 day Return policy starting from the day product(s) is/are received by the buyer. However, for a product to be return the following requirements MUST be met:
- Product Must be un-used.
- Product label and tag must be available/uncut.
- Product must not have stain(s), must be unroughened and untainted in situation of all hair products.
- Product must be uncoloured and returned in original colour bought.
- Product Must be undamaged in any form.
- All hair products must not have been washed, stretched, or coiled in any form.
- All additional accessories that accompanied products when dispatched, e.g combs, bands must be returned also.
- All sealed products e.g sprays, creams, hair glues and removers cannot be returned once seal is broken.
Very Important Note: This policy does not cover pre-ordered(customized) products.
All request for a refund should be sent from the email address provided when buying product to the below email: firstname.lastname@example.org
State clearly the following: Order Number, Product Purchase and Reason for return. Properly package product(s) to avoid damage in transit.
New World Salons Store will promptly reply and issue a refund if the returned product(s) meets the refund policy requirement.
Wrong/Mistake with Order by Buyers/New World.
In situations of mistaken/wrongful order by buyers, New World Salons Store allows a 12 hours period for non-pre-ordered productss and 48 hours for all pre-ordered products for changes to be made in situations of wrong/mistaken order(s). Request for Changes/Corrections of ordered product cannot be guaranteed after this period due to processing of orders; we will however do our best to find solutions when possible.
In situations whereby wrong order(s) are sent by New World Salons Store kindly notify us immediately through email: email@example.com, if confirmed by us we would immediately send the right product ordered and we would cover the return and sending of the right product post cost. However, note that all wrong/incorrect orders must be un-used, untampered with or un-damaged. Label and Tags must not be removed, if applicable all other accessories must also be in the original form they were delivered, otherwise return of products will not be acceptable. A period of 14 days is applicable to New World Salons Store in restoration of right products to buyers in cases of wrong/Mistake of orders.
Product Manufacturing Defect
Products by New World Salons Store are well processed and goes through proper quality control to avoid any form of production defect, all fabrics, bands etc are properly checked before dispatch of any order. Shipping, Handling & Package losses
All processed and dispatched orders are tracked and tracking numbers immediately sent to email address of customer, in cases of delays, lost of product in transit, damage of product in transit through incident from the courier service company, reclamation terms and conditions of the courier service company shall applicable. In such situation contact us immediately to help you with necessary process of reclamation. All inquiries not available on the shipment track are to be directed to the post Company.
All hair extensions, bundles and wigs would not be covered by the return policy temporarily due to restrictions of covid-19 once the product package is broken. We are constantly reviewing health recommendations by relevant Government Agencies and would update our policy immediately restrictions are fully removed.
There may be situations of longer delivery times in different countries as it relates to restrictions and lockdown because of Covid-19, hence we advise all buyers to constantly update themselves on relevant information from necessary agencies that may affect logistics and delivery of their product(s).
